Relied on the glowing recommendations Luxury Bubbles had I suspect now they were fabrications. I was so upset with the quality of the work. Every window in the house had areas that were left unclean. I pointed out some of these to Austin before he left and he made a half-hearted attempt to clean them, but the next day I ended up on a ladder trying to clean the dirty spots myself. He told me when we booked the job that he would clean the windows inside and out and also clean the screens. When I have hired people to do this in the past the screens were taken out and cleaned and rinsed with a hose before putting them back. This was not done by Luxury Bubbles. When I pointed out the dirty screen on my sliding door he actually took a handheld brush and dusted the screen, which then banged the dirt onto the glass sliding glass door that I ended up re-cleaning myself after he left. I feel I paid a lot of money for this service and if I wanted a crappy job I could have done that myself. I saw him use one cleaning rag to clean every window in my house. He arrived to do the job half an hour late. The windows I did not re-clean myself are still dirty. When I booked the job I asked that the tracks of each window be cleaned and then when they were doing the job I was told that â they did not do that as part of the service. I am thoroughly disappointed in this service.

They have no business cleaning peoples windows, especially inside. Streaks on outside were there, but the inside was completely horrible. I have since, they left ,cleaned all my windows inside. Very dissatisfied with there work!
