Mr. Reyes explained the project and timeline very clearly. He and his crew were polite and cleaned up this site when they were finished. The work was done very quickly and the crew took the extra step of moving some plants out of the area before starting. Great job!

We had initially hired Mr. Reyes to rebuild our chimney, at which his company seemed to do a good job. Later, we called him back to lay the edge row of our patio in mortar. He charged what seemed a high price for the work (OK, for quality work), but then rushed through the job with poor quality (not straight) and did not allow for drainage as we had agreed, so now we have a perfect patio that we laid ourselves in sand with a crooked edge and it won't drain, decreasing the overall life of the patio! Also, I emailed and called him many, many times asking for a receipt for tax purposes, and he will not give me one or even respond to me!!!! Seems to me that he has good skills, and knows how to apply them, but might leave you hanging or cut corners in important ways!!!!

We needed a repair to our existing paver pool deck after digging was required to make a pool repair, leaving a large section of our patio deck torn apart. I had intended on attempting to re-install that section of the pavers myself, but quickly realized it was a job much too complicated for me to handle. An internet search led me to MAF and Luis Reyes, the owner. Luis and his team were very professional, fairly priced, and did an amazing job returning the torn up section of our paver pool deck back to its original condition! It was like a massive puzzle integrating the pavers back into the original position within the deck, and they made it look brand new again. I would highly recommend MAF and would definitely use them again in the future.

The price, service, reliability, punctuality, and concrete installation was impeccable. Will use them for more projects and refer them to my neighbors. The only thing I'm waiting for is my receipt.

Luis Reyes and his son did excellent repair work of our brick front steps. They were courteous, efficient, and on time. Our steps now look as good as new. And the price was right! We would recommend them to anyone!
