Called Mad River, spoke to very pleasant and understanding Joe, with water and sump pump problem. Within 1.5 hrs (Watertown to Stonington) Joe and associate arrived at our house to determine the problem.

Woke up with no water, well pump that was not operating correctly, overall not. Good morning. Called 3 other companies and left messages but did not get a response. Called Mad River and they were able to come out the same afternoon, diagnose the problem and replace the well pump and water tank. They were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. They did the repairs needed while being courteous, leaving the area clean and took away the failed parts. They were flexible with payment options and just gave all around wonderful service with my repair. Really terrific company, I highly recommend them if you have issues with your well system.

after another contractor blew me off, they came out the very next day, on time and diagnosed my issue. they fixed it and gave me a quote for additional work i need. i was very happy with their work

Professional, easy to get along with and they know what theyâ re doing. They changed my submersible well pump and did a fabulous job. I would hire them again, however Iâ m sure this new pump will last a very long time.
