Dennis Maietta was very professional and completed the job quickly while educating me on the nuances of the system. He also carries all the spare parts in his truck to facilitate quick repair as soon as possible. Hence his initial fee for diagnosis of the problem which is subtracted from the invoice if you hire him for the job. Rates are very reasonable to hire a professional with 25+ years of experience. As they say you pay for the experience and troubleshooting , not for the difficulty of the job.

Dennis was easy to work with. he was fussy about his work. He stayed late until the job was finished. The job was expensive for me. I changed openers that were already working and an entire garage door that was in good shape. Dennis did, however, everything I asked. It was my decision.
