We had Steve install a backyard patio using pavers and also rehab and area in the front yard where we had had a large tree removed. Steve was excellent to work with. One of my main concerns with installing the patio in the location I had chosen was it was also the area where my sprinkler system lines go out into the yard. I was afraid of water lines breaking when things settled in the future. Steve protected all of the water lines in conduit. I was very impressed and am no longer concerned. All of Steve's work was top notch and we have been extremely happy and would highly recommend Malaga Designs

They built me a great deck. I provided width and length dimensions and Steve Malaga provide me with designs to choose from as well as multiple estimates based on materials to be used. Once the materials arrived at my house, the deck was built in a timely manner and with a high degree of workmanship. I highly recommend Malaga Designs for your outdoor deck needs.

Malaga Designs was top shelf! Our community garden hired them twice for fence/gate upgrades. Steve was on time and did all the work within the price he quoted. His work is really solid and top notch--and he didn't send an invoice until we were happy with it. There is so much to keep track of in a large community group like this, it was a HUGE relief to have a person like Steve coming in and doing a competent job. I cannot recommend Malaga Designs enough. Malaga Designs was the most professional of three companies I interviewed. Steve Malaga took careful notes and recorded my color and plant preferences, providing advice. After his initial assessment, I received a detailed and itemized pricing, as I was considering a couple of extra smaller projects. One of the hallmarks of this landscape firm's work is the exceptional design (Steve has a degree in landscape design and years of experience) and the thoughtful clean-up. Hard workers and great ideas - I have already had them complete another small project and will be hiring them to do some work for my mother. Polite and customer-oriented!
