Besides having the knowledge necessary to do a thorough and accurate job, they are very pleasant to work with and helpful in explaining what was or needs to be done.

It was a good process. The job took longer than originally planned, but they did not charge any more, and took the time to get the job done right. The technician was very informative and gave good advice.

Mr. Moir is a great electrician very kind and accommodating , he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his work, will definitely hire him again for future electrical work

Bobby is friendly, efficient and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him -- without hesitation or qualification. (My only fear in doing so I that he will become too busy!) We used Bobby for a commercial project that was several days of work and which became delayed several times by the City through no fault of Bobby. Bobby took the initiative to stay in good communication to make sure he scheduled time for us when needed. We really appreciated this extra step as first time new business owners trying to open as quickly as possible.

Bobby was on time, friendly, competent, thorough in his analysis of my problem, checked all possibilities before diagnosing, then rewired as appropriate. My original chore for his appointment was not necessary after his investigations, so his work was very timely and reasonable.

Bobby was very helpful answering my questions. He arrived on time, did a good job changing the hardwire for the old stove to a plug so my new stove could be installed finally.
