Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat job, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. The whole experience has been great and I highly recommend them for whoever is having water issues in their basement or crawl space.
The inspector, TJ, and the crew manager, Elias, were both both courteous, straightforward, and knowlegeable. The work was done well and on time. Their pricing was quite a bit lower than the other companies, although, it seems to me, still expensive for the time and materials involved.
Very professional and on schedule
Installed sump pump. Didn’t press for the more expensive, expansive project. I appreciated that. I also loved that they communicated and set times and dates and confirmed. So far so good. We will see if problem is resolved.
Beware of these basement companies. Carolina basement systems uses their engineers who never come on site and evaluate any of their work. Their work is evaluated over teleconference with employees that measure and never followed up. We had an offsite engineer that kept making them fix very flawed work. Do not go with this company. You can do better looking elsewhere. The whole process took us out of our home for weeks and it was like they did not know what they were doing at every part of the project. In specifically to an engineer Then one of the managers yelled at my significant other when they were called out for not following the engineers guidelines. They installed their product incorrectly and it took weeks to correct weeks to correct the mistake which took us away from our home, they agreed to pay for the housing but they backed out of that agreement. The company owner has posted my personal life, trying to defame me. He left us with 23,000 dollars damage and housing and extra work and he agreed to pay us this money but he back out of his end. We have Adios and video proof of all of this.
Excellent and timely job
System was installed on time as scheduled. Customer service was great, all questions or concerns were addressed. Would recommend the company to anyone with water leaking in basement.
It was very expensive and did not fix our problem. The people we worked with were professional and punctual. But for that much money? You would expect the problem to be fixed.
I love â ¤ï¸ all the people that work for this company they know what they are doing plus they are nice well educated ,helpful ,proficient etc. etc..
