We posted a need for a new HVAC system on Home Advisors. Several dealers reached out to us, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would give them a 5 star rating if it weren't for the bit of rework that needed to be taken care. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

Kerry Head explained our choices and answered all our questions. Did not feel pressured to make a quick decision . Installation was timely and crew were professional. Would recommend this company to anyone needing AC and heating services.

They did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Very professional and courteous. They were an hour late getting to our house for the install and we understand that happens. It would have been nice if they would have notified us. All and all, satisfied with the work.

My choices were clearly explained by Comfort Specialist Kerry Head, including why some presented by another A/C company were actually not needed. I appreciated the honest assessment and not being upsold or pressured. That gave me the comfort I needed to move forward. The installation team was prompt, very pleasant, tidy and did the job quickly. After the install, everything was explained and shown to me. I have a beautiful new A/C and furnace and my house feels wonderful! Great job! I would happily recommend Mathis Air & Heat.
