The service was efficient, well organized and explained clearly while it was being done and again when presenting the results.

Chris was very professional. He inspected all areas of the property and took the time to explain all his findings. Had pictures of each item he examined and even offered suggestions on "how to repair" such items. Overall I believe he did an excellent job and would highly recommend him as an inspector to all. Also, very thorough and easy to work with.

Chris is the best inspector I have ever used and have purchased no less than 11 homes in my lifetime. He is extremely thorough, professional, helpful throughout the process, keeps you informed 100% and answers text messages almost immediately. He goes the extra mile even after the inspection with help in any way he can. I just canâ t say enough about his work, integrity and work ethic!! You wonâ t be disappointed.

I filled in my info on Angie and a couple minutes after pushing done, I received a call from Chris. We were both earlie getting to the home, so while we waited he filled me in on everything he was looking for and why. Chris is very good at what he does, and I would call him back any and every time in the future! Everything was explained quick, and understandable 100%. If I didn't understand I'm like"umm, what?" And he'd repeat it in a way I understood what he was saying. Great person, great job, can't get much better than him!
