Reviews
Write a ReviewMighty Restoration were quick to show up and help in the emergency. They then repaired the issue and were helpful through the project.
Quick, friendly and professional.
Mighty Restoration completely satisfied us. The office is good, fast, and the rep sent was polite, knowledgable, and submitted my claim immediately--soot from a kitchen pan fire covered adjoining rooms. They scheduled and came on time. The work was excellent. Everyone friendly and informative. Would use them again.
MIght Restoration responded very quickly to some basement flooding that I had. They took care of that initial problem, and then were also able to help repair the drywall and floorboards that had been damaged by the water. Excellent service, and at a good price. Highly recommended.
good
Mighty Restoration was deceptive in its practices and unresponsive to billing concerns raised. The company billed me for 5 hours of work by a total of 4 people for water/carpet removal, when my security cameras prove that they were here for 2 hours total. - When I asked about the invoice, they claimed that this was because they charge 2 hours for travel (not indicated anywhere on the invoice) even though 2 hours of work plus 2 hours of travel would still only be 4 hours total not the 5 hours they billed. - When I asked about the error, they claimed that if they were to revise the invoice, they would also have to add the 2 hours of travel time for the day they returned to pick up their own equipment, an item they supposedly mistakenly left off the original invoice. - They also claimed that my job was classified as an " emergency" , and thus at a higher cost. Their invoicing errors notwithstanding, it's important to note that at NO TIME before, during or after the job did they inform me that 1) they were charging extra for what they now claim was an emergency timing, or 2) that they charge for travel time either for the job or for equipment pickup. Neither of these items are listed on their website either (https://mightyrestorationllc.com) they do claim " free estimates" , though, which begs the question whether they charge for travel time in that case as well. Perhaps they were put off by the fact that we chose not to have them remove the drywall and insulation as they recommended, but rather seek out a reno company for that work. Needless to say, I would never hire them again and would not recommend them. I chose this company because they were listed on HomeAdvisor. very disappointing.
The crew at Mighty Restoration was very quick to respond to my after hours weekend flooding problem and worked with me to identify the problem, remove mold, and professionally fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
They were prompt and comprehensive.
I found them to be very punctual.
