Write a ReviewMike and his staff were very accommodating to our needs, we at Excel Driver Services are extremely happy with his work, we are a CDL training facility, we also had him strip our yard to comply with the very specific CDL requirements, he did a fantastic job and would recommend him to any one who needs any work done. He will be our go to guy for anything we need for our testing facility, either resurfacing, seal coating, crack repair, or stripping, Mike is a stand up guy and honest, he treated us more than fair and gave us real value for our dollar!!!!!!!!
This project was top notch! and at a very reasonable price. Mike called me back with a quote within 2 hours after viewing my driveway. And completed the next day! It looks wonderful. I would recommend for any asphalt job.
Top quality workmanship and very professional. 100% Satisfied with Mike and his company.Great communication and a great company to work with. Thanks Mike.
The asphalt driveway at the house I recently acquired had been neglected since the house was built 18 years ago. The driveway was starting to visibly deteriorate. Lots of cracks with weeds growing through, including one major crack several inches wide that required alligator patching. This could easily have been a repaving situation, but Mike felt he could do a pretty good restoration, and he was right. This guy knows his stuff! He did an awesome job and gave the driveway a new lease on life. I will follow-up with Mike every couple of years for some touch up sealing to make sure the driveway stays in tip-top shape.
Canâ t say enough about our experience with Mike and his work on our project. Very professional and willing to work with us to stay within our budget. And he follows through with excellent work as scheduled. Thanks Mike.
100% satisfied with this company. Top quality workmanship and very professional. Showed up as scheduled and they work fast. Great value.
Mike's Sealcoating did a good job, but not the job I wanted. I had a rough-surfaced driveway and said I wanted it smooth. Mike said he wanted to put a coat of oil on it, and I agreed - however, I did not realize that the oil would mean that a seal to make it smooth cannot be put on the driveway for two years. I am now in a 5-year process to make the driveway smooth, which is not what my goal was.
Hi Kurt, The reason we decided on the oil seal was to help remove the latex base sealer you had put on in the past. The latex base sealer has caused a tremendous amount of surface damage to your asphalt. You didn't mention the smoothness concern until after the job was done and sadly the oil seal does not help make a rough driveway smoother. But I do want you to be satisfied and that's why after the job was done and you expressed your concern I offered you a free thick asphalt emulsion seal for this fall or next summer. You dont have to wait 2-5 years. My offer still stands. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Michael Riste Mike's Sealcoating
Unsure of the value but the job looks good. Easy to work with.
Good communication. Easy to work with. Just had work done, so waiting on longevity to see ho work holds up, but overall seems to be alright. Work done in a timely manner.
Very friendly
