Very thorough and detailed. Took the time to investigate the problem, called me with a detailed explanation of the problem with multiple solutions and we were able to correct it.

He was very honest and did a great job. I was able to get him out on a Saturday, at short notice, and the price was very reasonable.
The guy was a no-call, no-show. I had to call their customer service line 5 times to get an answer as to why he didn't show up. They have me rescheduled for Tuesday, and all I got for all my trouble, wasted time, and stress was $25.00 off the originally quoted price. Let's hope they show up Tuesday!

A complete rip off. Electrician installed 4 hospital grade outlets, even though I didn't need that level of outlet, and charged me $556.00 ($139 per outlet). All I needed was GFCI outlets that typically cost $15 at home improvement store. Never told me till after he was done and then presented me with a bill. I've tried to call and speak to Mr. Rick Spooner, General Manager of the Marietta, GA #1100 business but receptionist and others wouldn't connect me or tell me how to reach Mr. Spooner. I've used Home Advisor before and have been happy with the pros they've sent me but I will never use them again. I am planning on making a former complaint with the Better Business Bureau and connecting local TV station consumer affairs dept to hopefully air this unethical practice by Mr. Sparky.
