The electrician brought a rookie apprentice (1st day on the job) into my home. The apprentice (Logan) was not wearing a mask and admitted he had not been vaccinated for Covid 19. I gave him one of mine. The electrician tried to sell me a **diagnostic** service for over $300. I refused. Then he ran a wire from the wall switch to the garbage disposal. And charged an additional $225. I feel like I have been ripped off. Over $525 for less than 2 hours of work for a simple job.

I called Mr. Sparky to do a ring doorbell install because I was not getting power to the bell. They spent more time trying to sell me additional services than addressing the job I hired them for. The technician was very nice, but did not complete the job as agreed upon. I was charged $341 for the install, and was told half way through that they also could not get power to the bell and would have to run a new wire from the chime to the bell (maybe 10-15feet) ...but it would be an additional charge that was much higher than my quote. Unfortunately, they were unable to even tell me what the charge would be because the technicians boss did not call him back. At the end of the day, I paid them $341 and I still do not have power to my doorbell. Very sad, very disappointed, would not recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone.
