They were very responsive and scheduled the appointment immediately. The service person was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and completed the job as promised. I do not like the fact that they do not give free estimates, and the price is not cheap. For the visit, they have a service charge of around $90 which will be applied toward the work if you choose to hire them, but it is wasted money if you do not hire them. I do not like the arrangement, especially since I indicated in my Home Advisor request that I would want a free estimate. Also, the technician supposedly emailed me my receipt, which after 6 days I have not received yet. I have called them 4 times inquiring about my receipt, and they keep telling me that they will escalate it and make sure I will receive it in a few hours but has not happened yet! I don't understand why sending a receipt to me is such a complicated task!

Too expensive. Charge for estimate.

The fee covers the time that a highly skilled and professionally trained technician will spend assessing, diagnosing and laying out a resolution for the issue at hand. Mr Sparky came out to determine if we needed a new electrical panel to support our newly upgraded HVAC system. They determined none was needed and no charge for consultation. Very Happy.
