I would like to know, why I was quoted a whole different charge which was supposed to be a total little over 100 and my total cost came up to 247, for hanging a brand new ceiling fan and hardware I had already had bought and only needed labor, now you tell me how IÂ’m supposed to feel, I truly feel I should be compensated for deceit and false quotes. I would like half my money back. I am so upset by this that I may contact BBB. Do not contact me by phone all correspondence through email.

Carlos Chavarria was the Electrical Technician, he is experienced and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are strong and I felt comfortable talking with him. He had no problems with me asking him questions which he answered. As a woman, it is important that I fill comfortable talking with and knowing that I could fill safe with the person that I chose to do the electrical work in my home. I was extremely satisfied with their response time and attention to detail when at my home. The electrician, Carlos, was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
