I hired Montes Roofing to complete a roof reseal and repair all roof stacks to prevent leaks into my home, within 2 months of them completing the work, I had a leak come into my home. At that time I contact them and they sent someone out 5 days later and the workers informed me that they missed a seal when they did the work initially. This resulted in water damage on the ceiling and wall. When I called back to discuss the water damage that resulted from their missed seal, I was told that they would not cover the repair, despite their workers taking full accountability. So, after spending $5,400 to reseal, I have a leaky roof with damage that they are refusing to fix.

Hi Jeff just want everyone to know that we came out and repaired the leak for you for free your warranty covers that also I did not mention anything on my contract saying about interior work also your wife left me a bad review as well Nicole but you forgot to mention that we helped you out with your loan from loan depot also we ran through a lot of paperwork back and forward with loan depot and also took us like 3 months to get payed from this job. And we did not not put a clear coat on the job we apply a aluminum roof coating and as of 11/20/2020 there is no leak into the roof as of now. Work was sloppy. They were quick to respond but brushed my concerns to the side. They were also pricey. They did not clean up after themselves. Disappointed with work and customer service.

My experience in looking for contractors, you have to call 5 -6 and hope you get one to return your call. Sonny and Robert were the first to call. They understood and respected that I needed to get another estimate to compare costs. I decided on Montes Roofing because they were professional, fair and will stand by their work. They did a beautiful job on my roof. I highly recommend Montes Roofing.

Sonny and his team were always professional, responsive and did great work at a reasonable price. The job was done at our 4 unit building in Old town and once completed, you would not have known they were there due to the clean up. I would highly recommend Montes Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to recommend Montes Roofing. They were hard working, on time, and neat. After removing a pre-existing deck from my roof, they discovered that the damage was more extensive than could have been anticipated. The issues were addressed in a highly professional manner and I was impressed with their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
