The service was good overall. The service Tech was professional and the Office was excellent dealing with the appointment and with follow up after the work was completed. The only negative issue I had was that the Service Tech did not level the front legs of the dishwasher which were 100% up for removal of the unit. This required me to complete this task which took about 30 min. This issue is reflected in the scores. I understand that this was an oversite and I would recommend using them again.

Both Igor and Nico did a professional job. They were professionals and did quality work. They took their time in solving my clothes washing machine. I would recommend them and hire them again in the future. Awesome Job!

They came, did not fix the problem. Call them back, ask for help. Totally unresponsive. Call them back to come in, and They felt offended and refuse to help or even discuss. I do not see them in any business too long. Disappointed.

Thank you for this feedback. I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience with us. The machine was working properly when we left the initial appointment. When you called back to say that it was still not working and that you wanted a new appliance, we tried to explain how the warranty process works and where our lines of responsibility begin and end with the manufacturer. When that answer was not what you were looking for, your reaction was not pleasant. It was our decision as a company, based on how the matter was handled by you, to no longer be involved with this manufacturer warranty situation. We notified the manufacturer that it would be best that another servicer work with you going forward. We hope this situation is resolved for you soon, but not by us. Thank you.

Easy to communicate with. Replaced the defrosting heater on my fridge. First time didn’t take. It was installed wrong. They came out and repaired it again free of charge. No problems since.

Ninety five dollars is a lot of money to pay for *service fee* and work was not done. Tech says he was not able to complete work. Mentioned need a new appliance. Refer me to purchase one and have them install.

Thank you for your feedback, Donald. I'm sorry that we did not fully meet your expectations. In looking at the notes associated with your service visit, while we were not able to fully remove the dishwasher from its location due to a trim board running across the front of it, we were still able to diagnose the problem. Our assessment was that the cost of the needed repair on this dishwasher far exceeded to value of your current unit or in-kind replacement. Our recommendation, based on the age and condition of the current dishwasher, was to purchase a new one. Lastly, it would appear that we actually referred you to a different company to install a new unit that can best address the trim board. We would be happy to discuss any additional questions or concerns you may have regarding this service call. Thank you. Mr. Appliance.
