We moved into a new home and needed some new lights and fans added to some of the bed rooms. Jeff was very knowledgeable about what could be done and did a fantastic job.

Our technician Brian was professional , friendly and patient. He showed up on time, explained the quote thoroughly and completed it as quoted. Definitely would use him and Mr. Electric again.

I was given a date and a time frame of 8-10 am. At 10 am I was called and told my technician would be arriving at 11 am. At 11 am I was called and told they could not make it and would have to reschedule. The earliest available date was 6 days later. I understand things come up but that did not make it any less inconvenient. The technician arrives on time for the next scheduled appt and promptly got to work. I had two light fixtures and a switch installed. My switch is crooked and my fixtures are not flush with the ceiling. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after my technician had left. For the amount of money that I spent I just expected more.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who did our work, but I canâ t! We needed to have two ceiling fans installed in our living room, a difficult job for us with the cathedral ceilings. Our house is an older home and to say this task was a challenge was an understatement! What should have taken several hours to do actually took about 7 because the track lighting had not initially been installed properly and it was not to code. Not only was the electrician patient, but he was very thorough and had to make some adjustments to make the project not only work properly, but look good as well. I was 100% satisfied and will definitely use them gain Nd have already recommended them to several people.

Brian Cain was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent work and did it safely in light of Covid19. Installed new wired smoke detectors and a CO detector.

Hired Mr Electric to perform a multitude of duties. Brian Cain did all of our work and he was excellent. Brian was knowledge, very personable and efficient. Jeanine in the office was wonderful too. Our work included replacing bathroom exhaust fans, changing pendant lights, removing wall sconces and an old home security system control panel and sensors, changing out canned ceiling lights for LED flush mount ceiling lights, replacing old florescent lights for sleek LED lights, removal of a ceiling fan from our 17 ceiling, adding dimmer switches and replacing GFI outlets. We added some tasks after Brian s arrival and he was great about taking care of everything. Our older home looks much improved. We will be using the company again. They do great work, are trustworthy, reliable, easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Brian Cain was prompt, professional & very knowlegeable. He took time to explain how GFCI outlets & tested all of the so I'd know which interior outlets reset my exterior outlets. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric & contact them again for future electrical issues.
