We were shocked when we received the bill it was $500 for just diagnosis and replacing a light switch. This is unfortunate because the serviceman himself was really professional and very like able.

Thanks for your feedback in regard to pricing and especially the kind comments in regard to the electrician who serviced you. We have reviewed the invoice as well as spoken to the electrician to see if possible there was an error in the pricing and to ensure the technician did in fact follow our model of upfront pricing before any work is started. In this review the technician states he was sure to explain pricing upfront and the pricing was based on information gained once on site. The issue in question was a wall switch but a previous rodent issue in the attic was mentioned which was possible suspect of the reported switch issue, since there was no power to the switch. Based on this information and no power to the switch the technician began his troubleshooting in the attic. Later he gained additional information as to a separate switch that needed to be on in order for the switch in question to operate. Once this info was gained it was found that the other switch was in fact the issue and was replaced. It is highly possibly if the electrician would have gained this information sooner that the fix could have been sooner, but it is our hopes that value as well as peace of mind is found in the electrician inspecting the attic and submitting a complete safety inspection of his findings. We do hope to service you again if you were to ever have an electrical issue in need of repair and assure you that it is our every attempt to provide honest and fair pricing. Reports show approximately 3.5 total hours was spent on the job site. Again, thanks you not only for your business but also your feedback and it is our hope you find the value in the services provided, our professionalism and quality of service. I have also left you a voicemail and would be happy to speak with you as well in order to ensure satisfaction.
