I hired this company to remove and existing carport and walkway (tree roots had broken the old one up) and replace it with brand new concrete. Overall this company did a fantastic job but there are a few things that I think others should be aware of. The good: From the time I first contacted the company they were fast to respond, they provided an extremely thorough project estimate and their pricing, while not the lowest bid I received, was extremely competitive. Based on the reviews I read on the web, I decided to "pay a little extra" to get a company that was so highly rated. This was a great decision. The bad: Once I had provided a down payment, communication ceased. I could never reach anyone in their office. Noone would answer the phone and the voicemail was full, not accepting new messages. I tried texting as well, still nothing. I was on the verge of trying to cancel the contract because I thought I had been scammed when a friend of mine said there were a lot of people at my house tearing up the driveway. The overall experience was great. This company if a fire and forget company. They do what they say and they deliver quality product. You just don't need to follow up on them as you do most contractors. They get the job done. I would not expect communication from the office personnel but you will get a great job done from them.
