Zviad (more easily, Zeke) cleaned and resealed a porcelain tile floor in our kitchen, and it looks like new! He also removed, replaced and sealed some deteriorated slate tiles in another room, and again did a great job. He was timely, kept the workspace clean, and his prices were very reasonable. We will hire him again without question.

Zviad is very professional, courteous, and showed up on time each day. He restored large marble kitchen countertops that had been neglected and had blemishes - after his restoration work, the countertops look brand new! He also deep cleaned and sealed a travertine bathroom floor and it looks like new as well! Extremely happy with the high quality of his work and will use him again!

Zviad arrived on time to complete the services as agreed. Service was performed professionally and included cleaning and re-grouting around master-bath shower base and edges, and recaulking around bath tub faucets.

Zviad is extremely skilled, professional, courteous and flexible. He has done several grout and caulk repair projects for me as well as a bathroom floor tile demo and install. The work is high quality and reasonably priced. He is my go to tile and grout guy!

ZK, has many amazing skills Restoration of my marble floor and countertop. Now it is shinny as new. Regrouted my shower floor and wall. Deep cleaned and sealed several of my bathrooms floor. stained one my bathroomâ  s hardwood floor. Very professional. Jobs well done and on time.
