They were very responsive and communicated well when getting an estimate. Hired to treat and remove moss from the roof, clean the roof, and clean out gutters. Juan and James did a great job - they arrived on time and completed everything in the estimated time frame. It looks great!

Due to the large amount of work it took all day but the house and property look great. They cleaned up after they were done. Very pleasant and hard workers. John who arrived to give the bid on my very tall house with a very steep roof was prompt, professional and transparent. Would hire again and again.

John came on time. Cleaned the windows inside and outside. Cleaned the screens and helped me set the missing tabs on some of the screens. He is professional, polite and a good listener.

The roof moss cleaning was professionally done. Although the price was on the high end of others, I had more trust in NW Prokleen than the others. There was a scheduling snafu which the owner himself corrected. The warranty is for 2 years; we shall see.
