Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat customer service. Quick appointment setup and installation. Thank you
Had small issue which is being rectified. Overall I would recommend them.
We were extremely pleased with all levels of service. We felt very comfortable working with Casey and all the staff. They were very helpful, accommodating, courteous and professional. We had other estimates and totally satisfied with our decision to go with Natural Stone. Therefore, we will recommend them to our family and friends. Great job!
Absolutely awesome from first phone call to completed work. Everyone was courteous and professional. Work was top notch. Cleanup was great. Thank you so much to everyone at Natural Stone Kitchen and Bath, LLC.
I dealt with Casey in the showroom for the order. Fernando did the template and Fernando and another worker did the installation. I am completely satisfied with the final project. I did not want to use the free sink that they provided so they made a very nice cutting board from the quartz that was used for the countertop. They would have charged extra to haul away the old countertop but my town did it for free. Reconnecting the kitchen sink was not done by them but we knew that up front. The only issue (a minor issue) was that Fernando was several hours late for the template appointment and did not call to advise me.
When I first started working with them I felt I am goin to get best service for best price. But then the installation day came and changed few dynamics. If you have any moldings around your old counter top like mine, be careful to make sure you measure your back splash to desired length by yourself and give accurate measurements to operational person. They say template person would measure as per what we say but he will screw up. Just be careful with measurements and moldings and then they are fine. Pricing is good and service is on schedule , no fuss n mess. Good one, I would hire again for sure but won't rely on templating.
I had Natural Stone Kitchen & Bath install new quartz countertops and tile the backsplash in my small kitchen the week before Christmas. I had considered using a kitchen company to do the countertops, so that I could just deal with one vendor. But I found it was hard to get a kitchen contractor in to just do the countertops and backsplash, so I decided to go with a countertop company. I decided on NSK&B which meant that I would be the âGeneral Contractorâ for the job. If you use them, and I highly recommend that you do, just be aware they are not a full service kitchen contractor. They do countertops. They do them very well for a very reasonable price. You will have to supply/coordinate everything else to finish the job. They do not do plumbing, or supply fixtures. I shopped at the usual big box stores to see the size and finishes and then bought on-line and saved hundreds of dollars. Then I used a local plumber to reconnect the drain and supply lines. If you are flexible enough to get under the sink, you could do it yourself. They do not do tile, you supply the tile and they recommend an installer, do yourself a favor and donât use the guy they recommend. He is only OK and not near as impressive as the countertop crew. He doesnât even clean up after the job. ânuf said. They do have every countertop surface material you can imagine and know how to work with it. I chose Silestone Quartz and just love it, what an improvement! I found everyone employed by NSK&B to be on time, and to care about the job, they are craftsmen that take pride in their work â how rare is that? Installation took about 5 hours. I have not had any trouble with gaps or leaks or the finish. Do not hesitate to call them if you have a countertop job.
Estimate people were good, Template artist was great, Casey was very nice in the office. Problem was Installation. They tore up my walls, they left a huge mess for us to clean up with dust even two rooms away covering all surfaces. They left all the trash and my old counter tops and all their trash from cutting and boxes on my front lawn everywhere. They showed up late in the day and were in my house until almost 9 pm. The panel they said they would install was the wrong height. The cabinet they said would level was done but during their hasty departure the shims fell out and the counter dropped creating a gap in the backsplash. I had to re-shim myself that night before everything dried in place. I was told the plumbing would be completed after new sink was installed and I had to do all that work myself. I'm now repairing all my walls and installing new trim and cleaning everything in my house, and a pick up full of trash I need to get rid of somehow. Nightmare installation.
Natural Stone was totally professional. Worked with me to get the granite stone I loved for a great price. They showed up on time and installed my granite fast and efficient. The workers did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Casey was a pleasure to work with - she took all of my calls and answered my many questions. I highly recommend Natural Stone!
Good work I am happy with the job that did
