Horrible installation of gutters . Nescor promised to install seamless gutters and their gutter shields. This was part of a package deal which included a graphite covered metal roof. Water falls behind the gutters and drips through the fascia .The gutters are hung too low on one side of the house, nearly hitting the top of the door. One down spout receives no water and is useless. Since early spring, four months ago, my sills and foundation have been taking a beating because of the water spillage behind the gutters. The gutter shields were never installed even though I paid for them in advance when I was asked to sign off on the completion of the roof. I never got the gutter shields. Instead, an inferior gutter screen was installed without my knowledge or approval. Nescor claims on their website that gutter screens "simply do not work." Yet, Nescor chose to install screens on my gutters because their gutter shields, which I paid for, would not fit with their new metal roof. A few basic measurements before the sale would have made a difference. If they measured the pitch before the work started they would have known that they could not offer me the gutter shields which was a prime selling point of the package deal. Half of the sales pitch was devoted to the unique benefits of the gutter shield system. Without the gutter shields water slips over the roof edge and makes a path towards the fascia. This is because the roof needs a drip edge. Nescor's metal roof has an a very short overhang-about a half inch. The roof buckles in several places. Also, some of the roof shows bare metal peeking through the graphite covering. This looks bad. It's been five months with no fix from Nescor. They were paid the first week of April. The first two months I called them frequently trying get these matters addressed and resolved. The merry go round of phone calls, repeating to the screeners my concerns, and appointments made, and no one shows, was disheartening. At the end of May I suffered a seizure. Until then I only had known fine health. I would like a proper fix which would will stop the water from damaging my home and also allow me to reach inside my gutters to clear them. The screens must go. I don't want them, and I did not agree to them. I paid 18,000 dollars for 13 squares of roofing and about 100 feet of seamless gutters with gutter shields. My house is small. My dreams are big. Someday, maybe, Nescor will do the right thing.

I hired NESCOR to reside my home and put on a new roof. They were GREAT! We love the new look. I found them to be a bit expensive, but then you get what you pay for, and we did! I didn't give them a full five stars because of the price and the fact that I had a lot of trouble getting them to respond to my calls. But when they did respond I felt as though I was the only customer they were working with. They came when they said they would; they answered all of my questions; they explained the process. They are an honest and professional company that truly cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I already have!

Framed the new windows with unfinished scrap wood with big notes in it and gouges. I'm very depressed about the quality. No one comes to Inspect the work after the workers are done either. After the 3 hour sales pitch I got I expected a lot more.

Our total experience with Nescor was excellent. We spoke with and received window replacement quotes from 4 different companies. We decided on Nescor as we felt strongly they provided the best value of them all. They weren't the lowest cost, but their product provided the best value for their price point. Our salesman Sandy was very personable, and took a lot of time with us to answer any questions or concerns we had. Once we decided to move forward everything else came through just as promised. Our windows came in slightly ahead of time, and the install crew worked us into their schedule right away. The installation was very smooth and done in a single day. They were very efficient and professional in their approach. They were also very courteous to my wife who was at home during the install. In sum we are exceptionally pleased with Nescor and have nothing but kudos for them. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering upcoming home improvement projects. In particular installation of replacement windows.

The installation was great and can not complain about that aspect of the experience. However, I would very strongly advise everyone, to double check; if not triple check the contract you are signing. Make sure everything YOU as the customer, is included in the write-up i.e It states exactly the correct amount of windows YOU require and of which design. Make sure you understand exactly what has been written in the contract. Also, check the facts the sales person gives you, they are after your money and can be 'political' with the way they word, write or say things. Lastly, please don't allow yourself to be pressured into signing a contract right there & then. If you want to wait to check out other companies or talk it over with someone, you do it. It's your home and money & it's YOUR choice!
