We hired Deryk to do a home inspection on a rental property we were considering purchasing. I was in real estate in our previous state and had a great relationship with the inspector we heavily relied on for investment and personal inspections and referred all of our clients to. Needless to say, in moving to AR we were a little nervous using an inspector we had never used before. We were blown away by Deryk's thoroughness, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
