We recently worked with Not Just Roofs which is a local business based out of Jeffersonville, IN and we are blown away by their professionalism, craft, prices, and promptness. We had some storm damage to our soffit and fascia. Robert and his team responded to our inquiry within 24 hours, gave us an immediate quote (and stuck to it) and in 48 hours, the project was completed to the highest standard. We highly recommend Not Just Roofs to anyone in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area that needs roofing work done!! Robert Abrams, we are impressed with you and your business. Not Just Roofs came by verbal recommendation from our real estate agent, and we could not be more pleased! The flat/rubber roof estimate was fair and when we were ready to do the job Robert (the owner) personally came and filled out the contract with us. Upon stopping by to drop off some material the day before the retrofit I asked if we could add some vents to our house and garage and remove a few abandoned heating flues. Robert quickly assessed our roof, noted a few small flashing issues, and said he could do it all the next day. The work went smoothly, they completed just before the rain started and there was no mess afterwards. Following up on the workmanship warranty Robert said they carry a 10-year warranty, and he would be back at least once over the next week or two to check the work and make sure the membrane had seated correctly. 10 years is outstanding, unheard of! I am very pleased with the polite nature promptness, communication and excellent craftsmanship of Not Just Roofs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
