Tech was courteous , very knowledgeable, explain my options and assured me everything would be in good working order when he completed his assignment. Before the tech left he had me try everything to make sure I was comfortable .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will come do work then if something goes wrong, they WILL NOT come back out and fix it , even though they have a 30 day labor warranty, they will try and make you pay another service fee. then what is the purpose of the labor warranty. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Terry was on time & very professional. Terry kept me informed throughout the visit on the problem with the garage door opener and options to fix the issue along with pricing.When Terry finished, he checked multiple times with me to validate the door opener was working properly. Terry is the best repairman I have experienced in quite sometime. Terry represents his employer very and highly recommend OGD.

I cannot express enough how great and helpful this company is. I called yesterday (Sunday) and they were ready to come out immediately, but I was not going to be home so we scheduled an appointment for this morning between 8:30-10:30. Brandon (OGD technician) arrived promptly at 8:30 sending me a text saying he was on his way. He figured out my garage door problem immediately and had the springs changed in less than an hour. My technician was extremely polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions without any upselling pressure. So far, my experience with OGD is exceptional Please consider this company for any of your garage door needs. Exceeded above my expectations.
