Great job cleaning our roof and gutters. Price was way more affordable than other bids. Would recommend
Very punctual, professional, and efficient with the job hired for. They also clean up all the debris and blow off the driveway and walkways, after the work is done. I’m planning on hiring them for their roof cleaning service(s) as well.
It was a simple job on a new metal building granted but zero hassle- in and out in an hour for two 30 ft runs and downspouts.
Knowledgeable and supportive.
They are a good company
They were quick and professional to give a quote. Listened to our needs and quoted with a couple options. Install folks were on time and done by early afternoon. They even rescued a birds nest from one of our old downspouts for my son's school class and removed the covers we had recently put on the old gutters for us to reuse. System appears to have addressed the shortcomings of our 1969 gutters with the last few heavy rains.
Great value, great work
First, the people at this operation seem sincere and nice. The salesman, Chad, seemed very knowledgeable and clear in his ideas to change the location of the downspouts. But he did not communicate those plans to the workers, who had no clue what they were supposed to do when they arrived. He also did not communicate the presence of solar panels which I told him about. So the job did not get completed: ladders not long enough, not enough black gutter material, too much rain for my tile roof (I do not have a tile roof!?) , your job is scheduled on Thursday ( it was not done), your job is a priority to get done (not even on the schedule), and finally, we will see if the guys can swing by and finish up on their way back from Salem S it is now 2 1/2 weeks since the job started and in the meantime the gutters that had pulled away from house after the April 11 snow, have now crashed down onto the deck, missing the picture window by inches and part of the original work needs to be redone.
Christine, As I told you on the phone I apologize that we could not meet your expectations. My crew originally was set to install that gutter that is 50ft in the air from the roof. They have worked from the top of solar panels before without problems. You refused to let us complete the install from the top of the panels, and we had to find another solution. We are the second largest gutter company in Portland and we do not have a 50 ft ladder in our shop. It took me a while to find one that I could rent to finish your job. I understand your frustration, but this job would not have been taken by any other company given the solar panel situation.
Love gutters work well. Did not get gutter guard as installer sold me larger gutters with clean out trap. Works exactly like was explained and saved me money.
