They were very polite, communication was good, the product was high quality, and they were very punctual. We hired them to redo floor work done badly by another contractor and the result was really nice.

John is easy to communicate with and invariably polite. He was very speedy in visiting my property and giving me an estimate. He did an excellent job in replacing a kitchen counter, installing bathroom tile, and replacing a bifold door. I am an absentee landlord and I appreciated John willingness to schedule the word directly with my tenant. He also took before and after photos of the work at my request and emailed them to me.

Between the owner and the team I experienced very polite and friendly service. The team was tasked with getting a very heavy fridge up a tight staircase, and weâ re very careful and creative in getting it up safely. They charged a very reasonable rate (half of what some other companies bid!!), and were a complete joy to work with. With all of the poor service found in this area, Ossa Home Repair is a bright spot among the disappointment. Iâ ll be going to them first for any home projects in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

Ossa did a great job once I was able to work with them. The â fixed priceâ handy man was a joke. I would not let your handy man service change a light bulb. The handyman wanted to use a 24oz hammer to force my aluminum door back into place. I told him to leave.

The company was on time and the work performed was excellent. They knew the work that was requested and finished on time and as quoted. Just a note that the other two companies recommended by Home Advisor viewed the project and indicated there would be a quote but we got no response for a bid. Searched other sites for competitive bids and Ossa was highly recommended and was a 5 star company for customer service, price, and quality of work.

The contractor demonstrated a clear understanding of the issues and a depth of experience and expertise that was applied to quickly resolve them. Work was done very professionally and efficiently, and at a fair price.

This was a professional group. The quote was done via text and photos. The owner Johnny came to the house at the appointed time with a helper. The job was completed and my issue solved but (in my opinion) the cost seemed a bit high when all was said and done. Would hire again.

Johnny came out to do repairs on my deck. Everything was professional from estimating, scheduling and the completed work. Pricing was fair and reasonable compared to two other estimates I received. Great experience....will hire again.
