Outdoor Xscapes, Inc.

I would NOT recommend this company to family, friends or neighbors.

The crew did more than cap the no longer needed sprinklers. Now none of the sprinklers work. They also covered over 2 meters. I sent an email to the company but have not received a response.

Everyone completed their work with professionalism and attention to detail. I was amazed that they were able to complete the job in one day. I would certainly recommend their services to others.

Outdoor X Scapes, Inc. provided an excellant finished flagstone walkway as well as customer service during the entire project. So much work was accomplished each day they were on site. I have already given two neighbors information regarding Outdoor X Scapes, Inc and other people that have just stopped to say how impressive it is and have also asked for the company that handled the install and who my contacts were. I have other projects in the works and will give Outdoor X Scapes, Inc a call when ready.

It would be nice to have a little more contact from the salelsperson after you give him your money. There is a lack of communication between the salesman's promises and the work crews, including the site manager. The company promises the site manager will always be on site but that is not true. The work is very high quality. A lot of bang for your buck. Good company to work with. I am very pleased and would definitely hire them to do additional work for me.

We were looking to have a patio completed in our back yard in late August and had a specific design which we came up with and a several week time frame available to us for the completion of the job. Outdoor X Scapes, Inc. was able to perform the work in the time frame that was available to us. We were and are completely astounded by the quality and accuracy of their work. They were able to create our on paper design and complete it in in only a few days. They were extremely professional and the artistry they used to create the patterns we requested. Well! We are truly amaized! Our patio is absoluty gorgeous and even our neighbors loved it

Dave, Jesse and the whole crew were very friendly and cooperative though out the process. They turned a desert jungle into a beautiful paradise in three days. They were very fast and effective in getting the job done. They had ideas I liked and they listened to mine and everything came together very nicely.

They are not done yet.

They were on time and very courteous. Also very knowlegable in their craft. I provided materials from a previous project and probably paid too much for the srevice they provided. My mistake though. I was working with their sales rep and indicated my urgency. Finished project looks great and I get glowing comments from those who have seen the work.

Dave,Carmen and Jesse were great! I was very pleased with the information and ideas I received from Dave. Jesse and his crew executed the work proficiently. Carmen, in the office was friendly and all were very professional.
