Outstanding experience from start to finish. Ric was in communication with me throughout the entire process. Got me in for this replacement in light of a short house closing date and completed the work in one day. Listed everything that was to be done and fulfilled all of it. The price on this replacement was half of what I was quoted by an inspector. Everything was as stated and not a scrape was left to be found of debris. I can't say enough good about this company. Lisa met me after the job was completed to receive payment and that was a courtesy in itself. Will recommend this company to anyone in need of anything roof related. Thanks for all you did.

Great experience. Very happy with the work that was done. From the beginning of calling Shawn, he walked me all the way through the insurance process and handled all the paperwork. Ric was always there to answer questions, stopping by several times and meeting with the adjuster to make things go smoothly. Lisa was always there checking on things to see if I needed anything and to follow up. The workers were very professiona and hard working. they totally cleaned up and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with Palmetto Roofing. As a matter of fact,I recommended them to all of my neighbors and they all have new roofs and are very pleased.

I contacted Shawn Mowery for assistance and he immediately made an appointment with us to inspect the roof for damage. After finding the problem, Shawn and his team were able to work with our insurance company and make a complete roof replacement preventing more damage. Sean did an excellent job with our roof replacement. It was a very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Sean met with our insurance adjuster to make sure all the damages were accounted for. The installers were proffesional and left the sight clean. I highly recommend this company.
