Rich and the rest of the team at Primary Concrete are masters of their craft. I have continually been impressed with their professionalism, design talent, and prompt communication. From beginning to end, the process was painless and seamless, and the results speak for themselves. Rich and his team went above and beyond to ensure that any issues were resolved - they made multiple trips to the house and were very comprehensive in their work. They even fixed a few things I didn't mention (fence post, etc.) I am super thankful to the entire team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am both pleased and impressed with the job Rich Conklin and his team at Primary Concrete did in my back yard. They installed a concrete walkway on both sides of my yard, installed steel edging which I really like, and laid grass and moved a whole bunch of rocks. They were fast. He kept in contact. The work is excellent. And he stayed in budget. Couldn’t have expected better results.
