The subway tile backsplash installation was completed perfectly. The whole process was smooth from getting the quote through completion of all work including clean up. The installers were highly skilled and professional. I would definitely recommend JD Vargas and his team for your tile project. You will not be disappointed. BTW, very fair labor pricing.

This company was on time, very polite, and well-spoken. The price was about the same as everyone else. The issue was with the quality of work. They did the work over a new tub I had installed. They did not cover the tub. Now it is scratched and stained a lot. It looks terrible. In addition to that, I had to have them back out about 5 times to clean up or fix things that they did wrong or messy. I felt like I was teaching them how to do a job. The final issue was when I was trying to install the shower door. I had a company come out they put a level to the new tile and they just looked at me, like wow. The wall had a huge bow in it, the shower door could not be installed because the wall they did is too messed up. In a nutshell, I am just sick to my stomach when I look at the work that was done.

If there is a problem installing the shower glass caused by the tile install we should be Notified as soon as possible for us to come to inspect and make necessary repairs within the same day or next business day. At the end of all our jobs and before we take final payment we make a final inspection and make sure our homeowners are satisfied with all work completed.

I really appreciate that when they said they would do something they did. The crew was punctual, kept the porch clean and were respectful of our time and property. JD was extremely professional, kept us well informed and gave us options which was helpful. The porch looks amazing and I will use them again on additional projects in the future.

Beyond amazing! Jose and his team did a superior job in installing floor tiles in our bathroom. Such a truly professional and outstanding job. His work exceeded my expectations. Floors looks incredibly beautiful. In addition, Jose and his team were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond in all they did. What very, very, nice and honest people.
