Reviews
Write a ReviewThis was the second plumbing company that had reached out to me on a day that I was having a new washing machine delivered to my home. Please note that I was aware that the valve hookup I had was original to the home (built in 1986). Yet, please understand that two other washers had been installed and replaced during that time. So, to be informed by the installer of this new machine (the day of) that the valves needed to be replaced before installation was a bit of a disappointment and was an inconvenience. And I let them know that. Unfortunately, they didn’t care which is why I am not going to name who the retailer was who sold me the washing machine. Nevertheless, the valve problem had to be solved right away and it was Trevor from Patrick Riley, LLC who came to the rescue. More on my experience with him later… But first, I spoke to Michael in dispatch. I asked him a series of questions about the company, including it’s history as I had seen the trucks in my neighborhood over the past few months. Ironically, I had also went to high school with a guy by the name, Patrick Riley, in central California, so the name was easy to remember. Michael was able to schedule a plumber within an hour of my call. I was informed that the plumber would come to the home, assess the issue, give me a quote, and at that point I could either accept the offer or not. No obligation. So, Trevor the plumber stops by almost a half hour after calling my number. And he did exactly what Michael had described that he would do. Trevor was also kind enough to check out another plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom tub drain. Initially, I declined the offer. However, in thinking that I could possibly have the washing machine re-delivered to my home, later that day; I then accepted the offer and Trevor promptly went to work on replacing the valves. I also have to note that Trevor needed to cut a rectangle into the wall to inspect the pipes attached to the old valves to make sure there was no leakage in the old pipes. Overall, I would say that although it was a slight inconvenience, it was a positive experience with Patrick Riley, LLC. In all, I paid $500 plus for the service and to me it was well worth it.
Wow! It's challenging to put into words just how "OVER-THE-TOP" this company's customer service and project work are. Extremely polite, warm and helpful from the first phone call to the prompt, quiet and professional water-heater install, clean-up and completion, our experience with Patrick Riley, LLC has been a dream-come-true. I must mention our technician, Michael... tall, gentle, extremely well-informed and professional, he changed his schedule to complete our project on the very first day when he came out and discovered our situation... no hot water, but urgent need to have it. God Bless Michael, and we highly recommend Patrick Riley, LLC.
Fast service which I appreciated. Very nice technician.
The guys did a great job. They didn’t make us wait the entire weekend with a noisy leak in my shower. After that I got my new toilets fastened down, the other shower redone, two new faucets in both bathrooms replaced, and a new hybrid water heater, and a new technology type water softener. They got it done in good time and with great service. Very clean too!
Very nice company but a bit pricey.
Great and very prompt service ! Brandon was very professional and thorough. Left the garage clean after install. Would recommend this company without reservation!
Ron came quickly to do an estimate and said I could do 12 month payments with no interest I said great! then he came on the 10th went straight to work after he was done came in and said and how are we paying for this? I said ? you told me I could make payments ? so he had me apply at that time which I was declined. And no explanation of why, other than a letter in 30 days. I was STUCK WITH A 3600.00 bill and PATRICK RILEY THREATENED TO PUT A LEAN ON MY HOUSE IF I DIDNT PAY IN FULL!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT. THEY LIE, THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY WONT AND DONT DO THIS! DONT TRUST RON!
I was very happy with the work that was done. I had quite a few things done and the young man that did the work was very nice to me. I am a widow and I did not feel that I was taken advantage of, which I have heard happens. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
High price!
Had a new hot water heater installed. The work quality was very good. The total bill was high, even after a discount. However, you get what you pay for in the long run. I didnâ t have to deal with using a home improvement store, and hoping for a good installer.
