Never showed up on time or sometimes at all. Was supposed to give me a professional drawing did not, tried to add on additional work after they started. Materials delivered before they had the area prepared. They Sub-contracted the job out. Scraped up yard and dumped it on another part of the yard killing the grass and ruining the landscape edging. Did not have enough dirt to burm and finish job because it was full of sod they had scraped up. So we had to shell out more money to get dirt brought in. Then the dirt we ordered was not what they wanted and had to order it again. Not enough grass resown to repair yard and poor quality grass seed. Seven weeks later it was finished promised two weeks. They did not finish the patio underneath the stairs, nor correctly pipe the downspouts, and we have three extra skids of pavers left over. Terrible communication. The pavers we chose and pattern look great even though it was not the design we agreed on in the contract. Terrible experience.

I would not recommend hiring Pavemasters. A simple retaining wall took 8 to 9 weeks to complete. One contractor left the job and Pavemasters demanded payment via a text message. The job was far from complete and in fact, was not completed for another seven weeks. Several employees would state that they would be out on a certain day but wouldn't show up and would not call. We were given many excuses. The owner does not give courtesy to female homeowner, only to male. The price was high and we had more trouble with the process than when we contracted and built an entire home.

Did a great job. Started and finished on their projected dates. Punctuality was excellent.

All in all a good job. Sometimes lacking in communication.

Hard workers. Came early and stayed late until job was completly finished. Would not have any trouble recommending this company to friends and family

Very creative, very punctual, would highly recommend them for any home improvements.
