After several failed attempts to reach other contractors in our area, we contacted HomeAdvisor and were immediately connected to Jason at Performance Pump and Well. Our well had failed completely and needed a repair ASAP. Jason stated he could be out to the property within hours to analyze the situation and plan the next steps. He kept his word and did exactly that. He was able to determine that the well pump itself had internally failed and needed to be replaced. First thing the next morning Jason came back and pulled the bad pump and installed a replacement. He also did a diagnostic review of the system to make sure we would be problem free. At the end of it all, we were up and running again in under 24 hours from the initial phone call and could not be more pleased with the service. Jason was honest, accurate, and informative from start to finish, and we feel comfortable referring Performance Pump and Well to anybody that is in need of a repair.

Jason quickly responded to our call for help on a Friday evening when our well pump failed. He was very timely, arriving the next morning. Jason was very knowledgeable and guided us through the step-by-step process of replacing our submersible well pump. He explained all the troubleshooting steps he attempted and meticulously performed all the necessary repairs associated with the job. He went above and beyond by taking the time to check all the faucets in the home and triple checking the water pressure before leaving and even cleaned the workspace. We would HIGHLY recommend Jason and his company to assist in well service or repairs.

Great guy to work with! Our well pump up and quit Saturday evening. After reaching out through HomeAdvisor, Jason called me back right away - almost instantly. He seemed willing to come out right then (around 9PM), but I said we could wait until the AM. He arrived at the promised time, worked with his supplier to get the pump he recommended, even though it was a Sunday. Came back later in the day with the pump and installed it. AND - he didn't charge an emergency fee. Overall a great experience.
