A water main broke in our apartment complex hired this company to fix the issue. They left us without water for more than 24 hours. When residents called to find out what was going on, they got hung up on and no response from this company. -5 Stars, Highly Unlikely to recommend.

We apologize but you must have us confused with another company. This is not our customer. 1. We do not work in Cordova. 2. We never hang up on anyone. 3. We haven't done work on an apartment complex where the water was turned off. We have requested this review be taken down.

Mr Drippy did a great job for us recently. Our water heater went bad on us just the other day. We called several plumbing companies and Mr Drippy gave us the best price and was able to get to it the same day. Kevin, the sales representative, worked with me on the price and we got a great deal. TJ, the installer/ plumber did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain to me what he was doing and showing me as well. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks for getting the job done 👍

Jonathan came out today to put a new disposal in for us. Our old one started leaking on Thanksgiving day🤦🏼‍♀️. He promptly replaced that and then we kept finding things that needed to be looked into and he stayed until he was done. Adrian joined him to replace an 18yo water heater. They stayed until 6:30 pm. to finish the projects at hand. Just one more project that Jonathan will do tomorrow! These guys are polite, kind and very patient with us older folks .They told us and explained everything they did. I feel certain that they have us in good shape for the years ahead. Thank you guys for your kindness and patience! We will definitely be using Mr. Drippy, Jonathan and Adrian again if anything else goes awry!

I highly recommend Mr. Drippy! The technicians are prompt, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. Mr. Drippy will check everything that is connected to your issue and you will always get a quote before the work is started. Today, Adam was my tech and he was the right person for the job. I was so empressed with the personnel at Mr. Drippy. From the staff that helped me schedule the appointment to the manager who kept in touch with me during the appointment&very impressive. Most of all thanks to Adam H. the technician who gave of his talents and time to save my family's holiday dinner! He also kept me appraised of what he was doing each step of the way! Would definitely recommend this company!
