Ended up having an earlier appointment than scheduled so that was great. The technician was quick to diagnose my issue and informed me of the cost to repair. I decided to get it done at that time as it was a great price. Definitely would recommend and keep on them standby shall any issues arise in the future with my door.

Responded to my requests for a bid within the hour. Arrived same day, even giving me a 2 hour window, but showing up 30 mins prior to the time quoted. My garage door was fixed in less than 30 mins and I was back in business. Awesome service.

Awesome experience! I quickly received a call to set up a same day apppointment. Brett was at my house within an hour, looked at my garage door, told me my options, and then ended up replacing my drive unit in a matter of hours. He was friendly, knowledgable, professional, and explained everything I needed to know about my new unit.

Ryan Fisher helped us understand which replacement door was best for our needs and our budget, and he installed the motor and keypads super quickly. He was respectful and quiet, and showed us all how to use the remotes and new features we weren't used to. He even showed our toddler how it worked! I appreciate Precision door's easy scheduling and their quality gear. This isn't some handyman situation. These folks are real deal experts!
