Great service - quick estimate and even quicker repairs. This was a small repair on a steep 3rd story roof. Not something most roofers even want to fool with. Progressive didn't flinch and did the job as promised and when promised.

Owner showed up to give a free written estimate. Went up in attic to find source of roof leak. Very thorough description of work to be done was on the estimate. Subcontractors actually did the work. After the next hard blowing rain, I'll know whether the leak was taken care of completely. One year warranty on work.

For no longer that it took him to repair it feel price was way too high. Took him all of 30 mins to repair roof leak with about 5 shingles and the price was outrageous, but I needed it done immediately. Feel I was taken advantage of

I'm sorry you feel that you were overcharged. I looked at your project file and I see we charged you below our min. Repair charge. Because roofing insurance is so high in Louisiana it forces us to include those amounts into our bids. After paying for 1. Lead Fee 2. Sale Call. 3. Materials. 4. Labor 5. Insurance and overhead our profit on your project was only $72.00. I hope you understand because I try to keep our prices as low as possible. Thank you for your business.
