Very professional, on time and budget

I have had a wonderful experience with Puro Clean. While I was away on business hurricane Ida happened, and my basement was flooded before my return. I contacted PuroClean, and the ownerâ s Tai & Kenny showed up immediately and made me feel at ease. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating. They went through the whole process with me, detailing every step that they were going to take to fix the water damage, damage to the basement walls, mold and made sure I was comfortable with each process. The crew that was sent out was very professional and helpful. After completing the work, which was finished ahead of schedule, the basement looks brand new. My teenage daughters have now taken over the basement as their new family room. The final price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and I will highly recommend PuroClean of Southern Westchester.

Kenny and his team did a tremendous job. They were extremely responsive even answering my call the very night my basement was flooding! Despite having an overwhelming number of customers due to the damage from hurricane Ida, they made me feel like a priority and stayed in constant communication as they performed the work. Their team was very professional and eased the stress from the damage. I would highly recommend them to others.

Lack of intent to clean the mold in the eves of the attic. They took a week of time for a two day job that they have quoted. That entire week, it become a full time job for me to guide them and to please them to finish the job as they have promised. They never showed professionalism. It?s a two or three men job in the attic. Only one person came most of the time and asked for excuses. I know he cannot do it on his own without a back up. When I informed this issue to their management I have received tonnes of apologies with no proper change of plan and tools. They tried to encapsulate without prior cleaning of the mold. Be vigilant and pay attention for what they are doing. They messed up batt insulation on the attic floor, broke a support beam that connects between the roof and attic floor, broke a light ballast. I had horrible experience with PuroClean southern Westchester. I don?t recommend them for mold remediation in the attics.

Taiwo and his team go out of their way to make sure that your feel comfortable with them in your home, and with the quality of work and customer service that they provide. I can not thank them enough for saving my home after a flood that insurance would not cover. Iv already recommended their service to my neighbors. Thank you Taiwo!
