Cabinets were to be sprayed but were rolled instead. Doors were sprayed in the beginning but later were rolled during touch up. Were unfamiliar with installing hinges. Cut holes to large for the hinge, used improper adhesive to try to correct this error. I had to repair it myself. Used improper screws to attach hinges. Screws too long and created bumps on the door fronts. Two doors were installed backwards with the hinges on the wrong side as is the handles. Not familiar with hinge adjustments and kept stripping the screws. Had to be told to take shoes off as they were tracking mud throughout the house. Got paint on furniture and my wife's vehicle. Did not have the proper tools for the job. For what we paid we expected quality work and what we got was far from that.

The best way to judge a contractor is after the job is done. I had a few issues that needed follow up and Charles returned in a couple of days and corrected them. Highly recommend Quality Cabinet Coatings to anyone!
