Job was completed and communications with company was great because I am out of town.

So very very pleased from my first call to the job completion! The guys that did the work arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job in a timely manner. They were polite and left the job site cleaner than it was when they arrived ð . The office staff and work crews are top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!! Thank you all for a rare great experience!

It is a flat roof for an enclosed porch, perhaps 800 square feet. They spent eleven work days on it, during which the porch was flooded twice. They were supposed to return the room to its original conditions; the second flood was not cleaned up, and an electric outlet was left no longer functioning. The original price was $6500, which seemed high. The final price, including materials used, was $8292. I wonder what the $6500 covered. I requested to have photos of the end results because I cannot get up to see them. I am still waiting after a couple of weeks. All things considered, I urge anyone not to employ this company.

Ray arrived in a timely manner, took pictures, showed them to us, explained the nature of his repair and completed the repair in one visit.

Did great work, communications was the only thing I would have liked to have improved, finished Friday didn't let us know but did come back Mondar and completed

My mom is too disabled to climb a ladder, so ,the repairman took pictures of the work that was being done. Mom was happy to see that. Thank you

Ray inspected the roof on a Tuesday and noted some minor issues with significant down the road impacts. He took pictures and detailed some corrective actions which would prevent future damage and potential roof replacement. On Thursday of the same week Ray sent Bill to make the changes. Bill spent a great deal of time going over the entire roof (almost tile by tile) correcting noted issues. Bill also took time to clean out a few of my gutters where leaves had accumulated and could have potentially clogged up the downspouts. A much appreciated gesture. In addition I much appreciated not only the speedy time frame from inspection to completion but the professionalism displayed by both Ray and Bill. I would definitely call Quality Discount Roofing for any future roofing concerns.

Was slow to respond to the site to do the work. Rescheduled 3 times, but when the roofer did get here; he did good work and was very knowledge able his job, cleaned up the area afterward very well
