Professional charged $235 more than what was agreed. I am not happy with the technician and feel like we were taken advantage of because we needed the service done. My husband bought much of the equipment himself. The cost of service was agreed to be $365, but the technician charged us $600.

Standard install is without any customizations. The original price that was quoted was without customizations. The customer was informed every step of way and approved the go ahead. There is video of customers stating his satisfaction. The technicians purchased materials of $75.00 for customer install. This fee was not charged to the customer. Technicians install Microwave as agreed and customer requested microwave to be reinstalled due to there extended cabinetry. Technicians reinstalled microwave putting in a wood plank so microwave would sit out a little further. Technicians then installed an electrical receptacle as they did not h
