Very respectful by putting down tarps to protect entry to work area. Fast, efficient, and beautifully finished work. Also, I was particularly pleased they would accommodate my request for attractive molding at the doorway transitioning into the wood flooring. Scheduling work to be done was also quick ...a big plus!

They did a phenomenal job and had excellent customer service from beginning to end. The entire process from estimate to install was within a week. They truly live upto their NAME. I picked out the wrong flooring, and thankfully they had some in stock that was good quality and beautiful. I have received so many compliments, and have recommended them to others.

Great price, installation looks good, plumber was a no show so they partially went under bathroom sink and toilet, also partially used my purchase of underlayment which was inferior to what i paid for them to use .... they credited me a small amount

They showed me samples, and in less than a week they came to install my new vinyl floor. It took only 2 hours, from arrival to their exit. They cleaned up, and were curious through out the complete install.

Fair and honest, quick and clean. They did begin installing the new floor in wrong orientation, but when error was pointed out, they did apologize and corrected without complaint.

We did alot of reseach & got multiple bids. Khus was the best! We purchased the flooring from a different company but their installation seems so high. When my husband and I picked up the flooring the company gave us the wrong trim for the Baseboard... Khus Went to his warehouse and got us the correct trim and was able to finish the whole job is 8 1/2 hours. They cleaned up immaculately and moved our couch with out adding more to the cost! I offered to feed them but they had already eaten and continue to work ...unbelievably beautiful results!
