Great Service & knowledgeable! Actually fix a problem a previous technician installed wrong before I moved into my house. It did not take long to fix my leaking A/C. I think the price was slightly high for a 15/20 job, but reasonable. I will definitely recommend RC Mechanical!

Quick to respond to my phone call. I talked to and scheduled directly with the technician. He showed up on time. Did great work and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again for other maintenance needs.

I submitted a request via Home Advisor and they called and said they could come out and check my A/C because it wasn't cooling. They said it would be a $69 trip charge but that would be applied to any repairs. They said they would arrive between 6:00 - 7:00 PM. They called around 6:40 PM and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. A little over 50 minutes later they show up. I tell them that the unit is not cooling and they slap on the gauges onto the outer unit. There statement was that everything looks good. I tell them is isn't cooling and the unit is 1.5 years old. I have to convince them to do additional work. They say they will put some R410A into the system. They put 2 lbs in and say it is working fine now. Here is your bill for $329 for coming out for 30 minutes and me having to haggle them to check the unit out thoroughly. I argue with the guy about I am not convinced the unit is fixed. He agrees to not charge my credit card until I am satisfied with the repair. About 5 days later the unit is not cooling to satisfaction so I call and they come back out. They check the unit (I wasn't there) and say the unit is working fine. There are duct issues which is why it isn't cooling upstairs. Overall I am not pleased with them I would not recommend them. They appear to be someone that wants to come in quickly and do a quick fix and leave ASAP with hitting you with an outrageous bill.
