We hired RG Pack for a major extension on our driveway and we absolutely love it. Ryan and team were extremely professional and completed the entire project in one day. He also clearly communicated every step of the way and made everything so easy for us. We love our new driveway and would highly recommend him for any concrete services

Ryan followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I mentioned that overall I was pleased, but heavy rain before the sealer was fully dry had diluted some areas resulting in a splotchy look here and there. Ryan came out within a couple of days and made it more than right. RG Pack demonstrated outstanding customer service.

It's rare to meet someone these days who is skilled and entirely competent in their profession as well as having GREAT communication, care, and business ethics. Working with Ryan Goodman was one of the best experiences I had during our challenging 10 month renovation project. He called me back when said he would, was clear in what his job would include and the cost, kept me informed, called when he was on the way at the scheduled time, and worked diligently and with precision. Not a drop of the seal coating got on the freshly painted garage or adjoining walk. It looks sharp and smooth...GREAT JOB! I confidently recommend him for any seal coating job. I only wish ALL our subs had been this good to work with.
