These guys were so helpful in making decisions to keep our project within our budget. We could not have hoped for a better finished project. Our grandkids love having their own rooms, but they miss having Drew and Mike around. When our basement flooded, they were here in a heartbeat helping us keep the water damage to a minimum. We are already planning our next projects with them!

Rosman Renovations came in to finish off a bunch of projects. Including painting, removing installing cabinets, fixing hardwood floor and doing finishing work before we sold our house. I would 100% hire again and definitely recommend them.

Drew not only did the reconstruction and remodeling of our house, but he completed various handyman projects as well. He custom fitted and painted our new front door, fabricated a custom wooden threshold between two rooms, hung a grab bar in the bathroom and installed a new undersink detergent dispenser. We had previously hired Drew to add a new flagstone patio and path in our yard, add stone veneer siding to the outside of our sunroom as well as a custom built workshop and outdoor gazebo. Drew's craftsmanship, attention to detail and communication is outstanding . He listens to what his customers want and is very knowledgeable, he's more than willing to explain any process so that you understand what will happen. We are always pleased with his work.

Drew and his team installed a water heater, garbage disposal, toilet replacement. patched and textured a wall and installed a new bath fan. The work was quality on time, and professional. The space was clean and the team was friendly and efficient.

Drew had done work for us in the past and we were really pleased with the results. When our house flooded and the water mitigation company had to rip out the kitchen cabinets, and the flooring and drywall throughout the house, we contracted Drew for the kitchen remodel and renovation and reconstruction of the house. Drew's craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. He made sure that all work done not only met my husband's and my expectations, but his as well. He works with an efficient and skilled team of people, who really care about the quality work they do. Our house had a lot of issues that were discovered after the flood and now we have a brand new updated and code compliant house, along with our dream kitchen. Mike, Drew's Project Manager, took these amazing before and after pictures of our house and they are posted on Drew's Facebook Page. The change to what was originally a cramped, one person galley-style kitchen to the beautiful, open concept kitchen we now have is unbelievable. We couldn't have been more pleased with results.

I contacted Drew about a small flooring project initially. We ended up hiring him to assemble a gazebo for us in the backyard, including repairing cement cracks on the patio, and to redo the floors in almost the entire house which included demo of tile in the kitchen, removing carpet and laminate in the rest of the house, installing new laminate, and replacing the trim. His workmanship was excellent and he had great ideas for working around the quirks of our home. Drew’s communication was stellar and he was able to be flexible with a delay with materials and a camping trip we had planned that ended up falling mid-project. We’re so happy with the finished work and will likely call on him for the next projects on the never-ending home repair list!

Rosman Renovations has been my go to contractor for a number of years now. Drew and his crew do high quality work and charges fair prices. They have great connections for designers, and subs. I have been using them to do major renovation work on my old house. There are a ton of pictures in no particular order and doesn't even show all the work they've done for me. I highly recommend Rosman Renovations to anyone!

This guy has absolutely no business doing what he does... I mean the shear audacity of Rosman Renovations... Who could have ever imagined?? We sure didn't think it was possible! Ok, you've made it this far and obviously are confused by our 5 star rating and the first few sentences. Let me explain. When Drew first came around I thought to myself, "this guy can't be near old enough to have the experience we are looking for." And in some ways I was right. But not in the ways you might think. Drew has the ability to listen and thoroughly see the vision that was laid out before him. He took the time to explain how certain wants/needs would affect the overall project with time and materials cost. He is happy to paint that dream and keep it realistic at the same time. Everything that was in the wish list was done well and with trust in his ability to see how minor adjustments could prove to be better than what was in our original wants. Now, this is not to say that we did not get what we were asking for. Rather we got much more and for reasonably the best price and outcome. Sure there were some added costs. But each of these were discussed beforehand and so elegantly explained on the why's and how's that would warrant the extra cost. Now we also were able to save on certain parts of the project within that scope of work because he found that there were items that could be repurposed or simply didn't need the major changes in order to fit the overall outcome of the tasks. This is why I said he has no business doing what he did. Because he didn't have to help us save money. And he didn't have to help us see how certain things could change the cost. But he did. And for that kind of honesty and dedication to his customers and his craft, he is deserving of the money that he earned for his business. The shear audacity comes from his ability to build out the idea with the customer and deliver the quality finished work that he did. Not to mention, him and his crew member were clean and courteous. Working within the bounds of our availability and building trust to work without us present. Who dares have the audacity to be honest and trustworthy these days? ROSMAN RENOVATIONS! That's who! Drew has the foresight and creativity to imagine what we were looking for in our finished product. And he imagined it so well, as if the project were his own home that he was working on. He took that ability to see the dream and built it with care. He took our ideas and provided solutions with such imagination and creativity that it was almost seamless. Of course, it being a renovation, there was bound to be things that were unforeseen. But circling back to those items, he helped us to understand what these hiccups can mean and how the added cost would ultimately provide for the long term integrity of the project. Imagine that! A contractor that really cares about their work and integrity! We sure didn't think it was possible and to be absolutely frank, we learned that it was possible and our concerns, though heard, weren't necessary. I recommend Rosman Renovations because Drew can do! And with the realistic expectations of the project set out before the first hammer was swung. A big hammer at that. (it was a sledgehammer 😄) I believe this man is running an honest business. And it shows in his communication. He will laugh with you. And he will be straight forward with you. When it comes to Drew and his business, there are no gimmicks. Just straight forward, to the point, honesty.
