I had water leak from upstairs bathroom from tub that went to First floor bathroom all the way down to basement . David, owner of Yellowstone came on a Saturday night at 7 pm during Easter Weekend . He brought maybe 8 drying machines and his men tested the walls in basement and den for water damage . They were very professional and stayed till 2:30 am . They came a long way from Brooklyn to Westchester. The dryers were left in the den and basement to dry out the water problem. Also ripped out walls that had water behind it . They came back to put everything back together , Sheetrock and paint the basement . Their work was superior to most and I have been in the real estate business for 30 years . Definitely would call them again if needed and would recommend David from Yellow Restoration to others without hesitation. Thank you David and your men for a job well done .

Called them at 10pm on a Thursday, they picked up and were ready to intervene right away if it was a pressing issue. We agreed for them to come the next morning. Communication was prompt, pricing was transparent, job was done perfectly. Highly recommend.

Hired Yellow Restoration following basement sewer surge. David responded almost immediately and work began expediently. The damage was restored in a timely fashion and impeccably. David keeps you up to date with progress and responds quickly to questions and inquiries.     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
