These guys did a TERRIBLE job. They did LOUSY work, OVERCHARGED us then left a MESS.

I was very happy to have hired R & B Tile for repair of cracked shower tile in my new bathroom. Sergio worked harder than anyone I've ever seen, while being neat, knowledgeable, and went way beyond my expectations. He was simply the greatest! Prior to this, I had hired Palatin Remodeling from Angie's List who made over 15 major mistakes, one of which was putting in the shower valve backwards and improper backing of the subway tiles which caused a row of tiles to crack. Sergio also removed an old shower door in the other bathroom and surprised me by cleaning the shower completely and repairing the grout to look like new. What a great work ethic he has!

R&B Tile installed new backsplash and a tile wall in my powder room flawlessly and quickly. They even saved the mirror in the powder room when removing the old tile around it. They also saved some hand painted Spanish tiles above my stove. Rory and Bill were easy to work with, and the installers, Wilson and Rene, were skilled and neat. Price was competitive, and Rory suggested ways for me to stay on budget by picking tile that was easier to install. Overall top rating for this company.

They broke the tiles next to the ones they fixed. They are claiming they didn't break any tiles. The broken ones have large chunks missing. They are calling us liars, saying they were broken before. Don't hire them. They ate dishonest and do shoddy work.
