The technicians were nice, however I was unsatisfied with the customer service from the management team as well as the communication between the techs and office. I feel I had to go through some charges that could have been avoided after many repeated visits to the property, which was unfortunate.

Technician reassembled kitchen plumbing after countertop replacement. Expert job, excellent advice including sealant for new undermount sink.

If there was a rating of less than one star, that is what I would assign to this review. Two weeks ago, two agents of this company, names Landon and Travis, came to my house to give an estimate of the cost to replace and install a gas water heater. Twice, I made it clear as to the specifications of the unit I wanted, and, they assured me they could provide it. They gave me a written estimate (copy provided upon request) of $1,590.54. After waiting two weeks, they arrived and tried to install a unit contrary to the specifications I required. I called the service manager (he would only give his first name as James) and they then came back with an estimate of $3,000 for a lesser quality brand than the one they brought with them. When I questioned their business practice, I was told to have a good day; just like the lady who published the other review on this business. When they were out before I called their hand on the bait and switch tactic they tried to pull, they told me that Laura Lusk was in charge of their kitchen remodeling work and said, you would not believe the price she charges, with a hearty laugh. I had also asked if they (Landon Travis) would be the ones returning to do the installation, Landon said, Oh, yeah, I guarantee you the Lusk family are all upstairs raking in the dough while we do the work. This family may have built a good business but something has gone terribly wrong with their customer service, integrity, ethics, and quality all around.

They had a new employee running the machine to dig up the yard. Terrible mess. They agreed to come back and fix the yard. I called them and they told me my father had told them before they left they did not need to come back. They knew my dad had dementia and I had specifically told them they had to deal with me. They said they would come back and fix it. After months of emailing and getting machine is in the shop machine is out of town on a job etc. I gave up. I had already paid them so there was nothing I could do. I would never do business again with this company because they obviously do not honor their word.

The quote after seeing the existing cabinet for the replacement was $500, possibly $300 more if brick needed to be cut. The sink & counter were more narrow than the new s/s cabinet. The plumber put a 1" x 4" piece of wood & tiled and grouted the 6-7 inch difference for about 36 inches wide. Was pretty shocked at the final bill which was about $1350. Just know I can't afford them for a second job. The fellow was a talker and it pretty much all works a planned.
